Hello everyone! Bonjour tout le monde 🙂

Since the Charlie Hebdo stuff, and since I posted that ridiculously stupid 1 sentence post about speaking French, I’ve gained a lot of followers. Alors, bienveue. I’m going to start trying to post something every Thursday. It’s difficult to discipline myself to do this when I feel like I should actually be out there, you know, living this experience while I still can. It’s halfway through already — I don’t know where the time as gone.

Already some of the other assistants are talking about buying their return tickets home. I am not ready. I’ve started looking into Workaway or wwoofing options for the month of June. I’d love to work on a vineyard for a month before I go back home.

I am in love with Paris, (this photo was taken just outside of my apartment, how lucky am I?) and my French has improved drastically, but I need to go somewhere where they cannot speak any English. I’m hoping one intensive month will really solidify my French speaking ability. And what better a way than on a French vineyard? I can combine my two passions, wine and French.
