Policeman: J’ai vous dit descendre et vous m’ignoré.

Me: Non j’ai vous vois pas.

Policeman: Oui, vous m’avez vu.

Me: Non.

Me: (pause)

Me: En fait je parle pas Français. (feigns stupid American) Yeah, I didn’t see you.

Policeman: (Undeterred/unimpressed.) Piece d’identification, S’il vous plaît.

Me: Non, j’ai pas.

Policeman: Piece d’identification.

Me: I don’t have ID, also, I don’t speak French. I’m Ameican. Day-zo-lay!

Random stranger pukes, cop walks away. I have avoided arrest, today.
